Very smart form at 3, winning the Bahrain Trophy and Great Voltigeur en route to 4th in the Melbourne Cup. Disappointing in a couple of starts last season after 4th in the Hardwicke on reappearance so comes here with a bit to prove but anything close to his best form should be enough to land this prize.

Winner at Kempton in November. Quite expensive to follow since but has still posted some solid efforts and wasn't beaten far despite finishing 6th here last time. Not one for maximum faith but should be in the mix.

4th in this race last year and won over a furlong further here later in the season in July. Found life tougher off higher marks since but returns here on a workable mark and has had a couple of all weather runs to put him right for this so should run well.

Only wins so far have come at Kempton but did show some very good turf form last season when 3rd at Newbury and only just denied at York in August. Been gelded during the winter, still retains plenty of potential and drawn well so would be no surprise to see him run very well.
