The number of Loyalty Points you have to earn to claim your Welcome Bonus depends on the level of your initial deposit. Take a look at the following table to find out how many Loyalty Points you need to achieve to claim your Welcome Bonus:
∙ Deposit up to $299.99 - you need to earn Loyalty Points 25 times the value of your initial deposit
∙ Deposit between $300 and $399.99 - you need to earn Loyalty Points 22 times the value of your initial deposit
∙ Deposit between $400 - $499.99 - you need to earn Loyalty Points 20 times the value of your initial deposit
∙ Deposit $500 - you need to earn Loyalty Points 18 times the value of your initial deposit

Stan James – Promotion Terms and Conditions
These Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all Stan James promotions. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Specific Terms and the Standard Terms detailed below, then the Specific Terms will prevail.
Specific Terms: Poker Deposit Bonus
(i) Each new player is eligible for one deposit bonus. The maximum bonus amount is $500. The minimum bonus amount is $20. Stan James will match new players’ first purchase of Poker chips up to a maximum of $500 and a minimum of $20 where the first purchase is made between 01/01/2010 and 31/03/2011 inclusive.
(ii) The value of the bonus is determined by Stan James matching your first deposit into your Poker account. Only your first deposit is matched. Multiple deposits are not matched. A transfer of funds from Sportsbook to Poker will count as a deposit and it will be matched if it is your first deposit.
(iii) To qualify players must earn SJ Poker Points to a certain value of their first deposit.
Value of 25 times when the first deposit is up to $299.99
Value of 22 times when the first deposit is between $300 - $399.99
Value of 20 times when the first deposit is between $400 - $499.99
Value of 18 times when the first deposit is $500 or above.
Players will have sixty (60) days in which to earn the required amount of SJ Poker Points. Should players’ not earn the required amount of SJ Poker Points in the sixty (60) day period, players will have a further thirty (30) days to earn the required amount of SJ Poker Points in order to receive 50% of their initial chip purchase.
(iv) Only SJ Poker Points which are earned by paying tournament fees and cash game rake will count towards the bonus requirements. SJ Poker Points which have been refunded or awarded to players’ as a gesture of goodwill or otherwise will not count towards the bonus requirement.
(v) Once they have completed the requirements above, players are required to email poker@stanjames.com including their username to request payment of the 100% match bonus. All valid bonus claims will be paid within 3 working days of receipt of the claim.
(vi) Only one bonus offer per person, family, household, address, email address, telephone number, debit/ credit account number and shared computer e.g. school, public library or workplace. This offer applies exclusively to the first account opened and will not apply to further accounts opened.
(vii) Any attempt to abuse the spirit of this promotion will result in the abuser's account being suspended. The offer is available to genuine players only, genuine players being ones that are active/ participating in games with the intention of winning pots. Any players who attempt to abuse this with no intention to actively participate in games will forfeit the right to claim any bonus chips.
Standard Terms
1. You must be aged 18 years or over to bet and to participate in promotions. Underage entries will be void.
2. None of the employees, or family members of employees, of Stan James and its affiliate companies may take part in this promotion.
3. This promotion is only available once to any person. Stan James may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate. Where multiple entries/ accounts have been used Stan James reserves the right to cancel these entries/ terminate these accounts and withhold any promotional benefits.
4. By entering you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable instructions. Stan James standard terms and conditions for account holders and Rule Book (which are available at www.stanjames.com) ("Stan James Terms") also apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and the Stan James Terms, the Terms will prevail.
5. Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted, neither will entries made in breach or non-compliance with these Terms. No liability is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by Stan James.
6. Stan James reserves the right to exclude any entrant from promotions and from use of the Stan James website if Stan James believes that an entrant has abused the rules stated above, tried to enter by using more than one user name or is otherwise engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
7. You hereby assign any and all copyright or other intellectual property rights in your entry to Stan James for Stan James’s unrestricted usage and agree to do all such acts and/or execute or procure the execution of all such documents in a form reasonably satisfactory to Stan James to confirm Stan James’s full ownership of such rights.
8. The decision of Stan James in respect of any matter concerning promotions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. In the event of a breach of these Terms Stan James reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion.
10. Stan James reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion or amend these Terms at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to players, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice.
11. Stan James reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation to satisfy Stan James in its absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us sending any prize or offer.
12. Stan James accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any entrant during any of these promotions.
13. You agree that these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gibraltar.
14. No rights or benefits shall be enforceable against the parties to these Terms by any other person.
15. This promotion is operated by Stan James Plc a company registered in Gibraltar with its registered office address at 1 The Square, Marina Bay, Gibraltar.
