You can claim up to £675 if you click on the link below and register now Signing Up8/10Ladbrokes Poker offer customers 3 ways of playing on their site, instant, classic and 3D play; if like myself, you already have a Ladbrokes sportsbook account then you can use whichever method you prefer with your existing sportsbook login details and be playing within minutes. Software10/10I have'nt found a site that can match Ladbrokes Poker in terms of software interface, it's both visually impressive and highly customisable. I recommend using the buddy list as Ladbrokes Poker has a thriving community of UK players and I have made some excellent cyber friends over the years; thanks to the buddy list, finding out which of them is online for a game could'nt be easier. My favourite aspect of their software has to be the private tables feature, you're able to create your own password protected cash games, tournaments and even freerolls, all with minimum effort; I've hosted over 300 private tournaments on Ladbrokes Poker in the past 3 years and can count the problems I've faced on one finger. Ring Games9/10The site used to be geared towards cash game players and their old software reflects that, the old software can still be used and is found on Ladbrokes Pokers sister site, Pokermillion.com. The most useful cash game facility is being able to make deposits to your poker account via any cash game table, you need never lose your seat in a juicy game through lack of money, reloading your account has never been easier. The low stake tables are teeming with more fish than an aquarium, just make sure to bring a big enough net for all that disposable income on offer. Careful, patient play is enough to beat the lower stake games and with a reasonable 6% rake that's capped at $3, the chance of making a profit is realistic, even at the higher levels. Tournaments9/10
There's plenty of multi table action to get your teeth stuck into on Ladbrokes Poker, numerous cash added tournaments are run throughout the day with guaranteed prize pools between $2,000 and $8,000. There is also a daily tournament worth either 20k, 40k, 60k or 100k, depending on the day; Sunday hosts the 100k tournament and satellites start at $3. If offline events are more your cup of tea, Ladbrokes Poker has you covered. I'm currently trying to qualify for the Irish Poker Festival in Killarney, there are $1,250 packages up for grabs which can be won for as little as $5, I've always wanted to go to Ireland and this looks like an incredibly cheap way to make it happen; the package includes entry into the £250,000 guaranteed event plus 2 nights accomodation for 2 persons in the extraordinarily plush Gleneagle hotel. If the thought of a high stake offline tournament scares the hell out of you, there's a 2 night Poker Experience weekend intended for players of all skill levels and set in the relaxing environment of the Hilton Hotel in London; the weekend includes welcome drinks, 2 nights accomodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout your stay, poker tutorials, workshops, complimentary goodie bags, not forgetting some no limit tournament action. Sit & Gos8/10There are many different Sit & Go formats to choose from with both standard 10 player tournaments and shorthanded ones, turbo and non turbo tables, double or nothing tournaments where the top 5 out of 10 players double their money, also multi table Sit & Go's. I still play social poker at the $5 levels where I know most of the regulars and enjoy chatting with them, I take the $10 and $20 versions much more seriously and can vouch that the standard at the higher levels on Ladbrokes Poker is'nt that much better. Support9/10I have been playing at Ladbrokes Poker for the last 6 years and have never had a bad experience with their front line support or poker team. I have, on occasion, asked them to assist me in various ways and I've found the service to be nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking to host your own private tournaments, I can vouch that Ladbrokes offers a level of support that is unmatched by rival sites. They have a toll free phone number for UK residents and a very quick email service, I recommend using the toll free number as the staff are friendly and most issues are sorted out on the spot. Banking10/10Ladbrokes have the quickest banking I know of. Debit and credit card transactions are lightning fast, the depositing and withdrawal methods they currently accept are Neteller, Paypal, Western Union, bank wire transfer, Chaps, Bacs, UKash, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo. Ladbrokes Poker charges nothing for credit card transactions. Standard of Players8/10I'm certain the standard of opponent is declining on Ladbrokes Poker, this is hardly surprising what with the huge advertising campaign for the casino side of their operations that's currently running in the UK, plus the fact that plenty of their sportsbook customers reinvest their winnings into poker. With a significant number of sportsbook punters and casino players looking to gamble it up, shrewd poker players are afforded an edge simply by choosing to play at Ladbrokes Poker. Loyalty Promotions7/10Ladbrokes Poker provide a wide range of bounties for customers to enjoy. When I carried out this review there was a 100% welcome bonus up to $500 on your initial deposit, the money is earned by collecting Ladbrokes Poker player points while participating in one of their cash games or tournaments; you can also use them to enter the daily player points freerolls, prize pools range from $1,000 up to $22,000. Summary8.7/10I have'nt found a site that can match Ladbrokes Poker in terms of software interface, it's both visually impressive and highly customisable. |
